Hey Contributors,

We now fully support code submissions via mailing list, meaning you do 
not need a GitHub account to contribute code to our project.

Before submitting code, please email our maintainer at 
zit-stu...@googlegroups.com so we can review your changes. If you 
do not know who the maintainer is, please send your email directly to 
Oliver Lin <oli...@liuxiaozhen.dev>.

Before sending your email, please ensure your content complies with our 
"Contribution Guidelines" and the "Contributor Covenant Code of 
Conduct." Please do not submit security vulnerabilities via this channel.

You must confirm that your submitted code complies with the project's 
license and does not contain code under incompatible licenses.

Please send emails in plain text format; HTML formatting can interfere 
with git operations.

When replying to emails, please do not include the full original message 
or the client's raw HTML. We recommend using the ">" symbol to quote 
previous messages, but please do not overuse it.

Before sending your email, please ensure the subject line includes the 
repository name—for example: `[patchsplit] Additions regarding...`
